There are 2 plans listed here, but in actual fact, we have 3 plans!
Enterprise – for larger companies who want a fully bespoke solution
Pro – this is what most people signup for. Our pro plan is designed to suit the 75% of our customers that want an ongoing, flexible and transparent email service package
Basic – like our pro plan, with one major difference, there is no campaign manager. Instead, you simply order your emails, provide all of the info upfront and we create your email for you. When we’re done we send you the email in a ZIP file ready for you to send yourself, This plan is designed for agencies who want to resell our services
Powerups are designed for our pro and basic plans and allow you to upgrade your campaigns.
Now, let’s take a step back, way back…
When you sign up to MailNinja, you input your card details. Fear not, we never bill you anything without you physically placing an order with us, unless of course, you sign up to a subscription plan.
We store your billing details to make the whole ordering process as smooth and easy as possible. Plus, we use Stripe for billing so you know it’s secure and safe.
If you want to update your billing details, you can do so in your workspace settings – found by clicking on your name in the main menu
