Rather than your personal inbox being subjected to a barrage of marketing messages, I predict that the subscriber will become king, choosing what they want to receive and when.

This subscriber-first approach to receiving marketing emails follows a path already set out by Gmail, who are already making inroads into separating out promotional and personal emails, I also see the delivery of this being down to when the recipient wants to receive it, not when you hit send.
