As an email marketing agency, getting results for our clients is at the heart of everything we do, and like most businesses this takes the form of completed purchases. In order to get email recipients converting based on an email poses many challenges for several reasons.

To increase these figures, we know that the user experience needs to be simple and smooth, and with decreasing attention spans they need to also be quick too. Typically, an email links to a product page which requires the user to ‘add to basket’ they then need to view their basket, log in, sometimes even create an account, before they can even get close to purchasing.

The ability to purchase within an email is an email marketer’s dream. For a recipient to complete their purchase within an email not only reduces the customer journey but it also increases the value of email marketing as an industry.
