A MailNinja Full-Service Package guarantees that after 12 months, we’ll be able to offer you invaluable insights into your reader’s interests and activity. To ensure the success of your email marketing strategy, we spend the first 6 months rigorously testing and searching for your campaign’s sweet spot. The more we test, the more we can improve your stats to get the right message to the right people at the right time. You’ll be able to monitor our progress with monthly or weekly updates, whichever you prefer!
We’ll also provide comprehensive feedback into what we’ve done along with the subsequent results and what we’ll be focusing on next. After 6 months of thorough analysis and testing, we’ll be able to put a longer-term plan in place.
The work doesn’t stop there though, as your list size will change along with your audience. So your strategy a year down the line may have changed completely, but we’ll ensure it remains effective.

The initial stages of a relationship with MailNinja is arguably the most important. We will have as many onboarding calls as you want to ensure that we fully understand what you want to achieve and what’s important to you when outsourcing your emails.
Email template design
Whether you have a design ready and waiting as a PSD, brand guidelines to follow, or just want us to go off the design of your website, we’ll start building a fully responsive HTML email template, ready for campaign deployment.
Planning & Execution
Planning ahead for your regular and seasonal campaigns will give you a competitive advantage. At MailNinja we understand that forward planning is critical to success, therefore your Success Manager will discuss plans and ideas with you to form a long-term roadmap.
Monthly Reporting & Strategy
Your Client Success Manager will create SnapShot reports for you, comparing campaigns sent over the past month, analysing what worked and what didn’t, along with any additional findings. From here, they will put together a strategy for the coming month based on those findings.
Dedicated ‘Success’ Manager
You will be assigned a Client Success Manager who will be your main point of contact throughout your contract. They will be in touch regularly about your campaigns, gathering content for your emails (if you decide to provide content) whilst ensuring campaigns are built following the brief. They’ll also be proof reading copy and send you previews for sign-off.
Being a managed client means you can get in touch whenever you need (for whatever reason!) and we’ll be happy to help. Many of our clients join our Slack channel but we’re flexible around which communication method best suits you. We’re partners with MailChimp and benefit from fast-track access to their support team, but we also work closely with other platforms and are happy to solve any issues with them directly.
